My Fox doesn't respond
Check your Fox's status in the Dashboard. If it shows "Stopped" or "Error", open a ticket — our team will restart your Fox and fix the issue, usually within a few hours.
My Fox can't access my data
This usually means the API connection expired. Go to Dashboard → Setup and reconnect your account (Google, HubSpot, etc.). If that doesn't work, open a ticket.
I want to cancel my subscription
You can cancel directly in the Dashboard under your Fox → Subscription. The Fox remains active until the end of the billing period.
I need a feature my Fox doesn't have
